Excel l’accueil et très bon conseil!
Jusqu’au règlement. On me vente une assurance que l on me retire sans m avertir
Je casse mes lunettes et mes verres quelques mois après et on me dit que oui j ai l assurance. On me rappelle en me disant ah ben non vous l avez plus .
Et après discussion on me propose quand même de les refaire.
Je viens d aller les récupérer et oui on m’a bien refait les montures. Mais les verres eux non!!!!
Bref cela ne les dérange pas de redonner des lunettes avec des verres défectueux !
Quelle générosité !
Je ne refais plus jamais appel à eux! C est honteux
