Depuis changement du responsable de la boutique de crolles le service est désastreux, pour ne pas dire d une impolitesse commerciale, aujourd’hui le 13/12/2024 , je suis sortie de mes gonds , et je pense très fort à la personne responsable, qui paie un gros loyer/ des charges / des pseudos employés, pour un résultat aussi médiocre. Je viens dons de basculer à 150 mètres chez général optique, qui tout simplement a fait son métier de commerçants. Tout ça sans aucune contrainte budgétaire, juste du savoir vivre et de la préoccupation client . Désolé vous venez de perdre un client fidèle et non regardant ( ainsi que toute sa famille ) .une bonne remise en question me paraît urgent
