Donc mon mari et moi nous avons été dans ce magasin pour aller voir les montures de lunettes mais nous n'avons rien vu qui nous intéressait donc nous avons été chez un autre opticien où nous avons trouvé des montures par contre on a eu l'effet et grosse surprise et déception de Optical Center car l'opticien qui a regardé donc mes lunettes moi Madame pour regarder les verres il était ahuri et aberré de voir comment avait été monté les verres de mes lunettes en fait j'ai des doubles foyers et les verres devaient etre posés à l'horizontal donc mal pose mal monte mon verre est complètement penché et n'ai plus du tout à l'horizontal cela fait un moment que j'ai des maux de tête que j'ai mal aux yeux donc cela venait sûrement de ça mais je n'y pensais pas du tout je faisais confiance à Optical Center même l'opticien il a pris mes lunettes et il a montré aux autres vendeurs alors effectivement nous avons été voir un vrai professionnel qui ne change pas de vendeur Optical Center le problème c'est que il y a peut-être une ou deux personnes permanentes c'est-à-dire qu'on voit toujours et très peu sinon en fonction bien sûr de leurs horaires mais sinon ce sont toujours des intérim des étudiants des BTS et même avec une alternance BTS optique le nouveau opticien m'a dit c'était admissible c'est le ba aba du boulot c'était inadmissible il a jamais vu ça qu'on ait monté une paire de lunettes enfin que l'hiver monter sur ma paire de lunettes soit tordu penché complètement ainsi donc je voulais vous le faire savoir je ne vais sûrement pas vous faire de publicité donc je suis restée 2 ans comme ça ne pensant pas du tout que j'avais un problème au niveau de mes lunettes je n'irai plus dans ce magasin et je trouve ça aberrant et honteux car les lunettes sont chères et on ne peut pas vous faire confiance du tout normalement si j'avais su j'aurais demandé le remboursement de mes deux verres mais je ne savais pas honte à vous cordialement
