Il y a bientôt un an, j'ai acheté des lunettes dans magasin.
Ce lundi en enlevant mes lunettes, la monture s'est cassée nette sans que cette dernière tombe ou mal menée car il y avait un défaut dans les branches.
Je me suis donc rendu au magasin et j'ai eu la chance de tomber sur la responsable au nom de MARINE.
MARINE m'a appelé le lendemain pour me dire qu'elle prenait en charge le remplacement de la monture.
Je remercie donc de tout cœur MARINE qui est très professionnelle et très gentille.
