Bonjour quand je suis venu chercher mes lunettes neuves les vendeurs mon donner une des deux paires un verre était cassé il mon dites qu'il allait faire réparer le verre une semaine plus tard je suis allé chercher mes lunettes mais quand je suis allée essayer ça nn allait pas du tout j'ai laissé les lunettes il mon dites qu'il allait faire marcher l'assurance sa fait deux semaines et j'ai toujours pas de nouvelles ma question pourquoi il doivent faire mâcher l'assurance pour une perre de lunettes qui n'est jamais sortie du magasin et neuve
