J'ai été très bien accueillie par Arthur que je remercie pour son sens de l'écoute, sa patience et ces précieux conseils. Un grand merci également à Mathilde et Frédéric pour leur service client/après vente incroyable ! J'ai aussi été surprise par la rapidité à laquelle mes lunettes ont été prêtes, le délai a été bien plus court que prévu.
J'ai eu affaire à une équipe particulièrement professionnelle, compétente, toujours à mon écoute et prête à se mettre en quatre pour me satisfaire. Grâce à cette super équipe je repars avec des lunettes parfaitement ajustées et adaptées à mes besoins. Avant, je ne mettais JAMAIS mes lunettes, désormais je les porte à longueur de temps ! Bravo à vous pour cet exploit, je suis vraiment ravie et je ne peux que vous recommander.
