Opticien très compétent et exceptionnel dans la gestion de la relation client : j’ai rarement connu une telle efficacité, malgré le nombre de clients et le fait qu’il soit seul dans le magasin.
J’aurais volontiers ajouté une étoile ( pour lui): il m’a paru anormal qu’il soit seul et je m’inquiète des conditions de travail qui peuvent générer un mécontentement client
